Naturally You Childbirth

I’m a Perinatal Professional and Certified Childbirth Educator of 25 years. I am here to help pregnant people through my classes in the Southern Vermont area, become educated and invested at all stages of their pregnancy and birth.

At a very young age, I remember being drawn to pregnant people and those nursing their babies. In my early 20’s, after giving birth to two of my three children, I was lucky enough to find my true life’s work…BIRTH WORK! I became a certified childbirth educator and birth doula. Now, 24 years later, I continue to be passionate about birth work.

I believe knowledge is empowering and helps us find our voice. I am passionate about providing evidence based, unbiased information in my childbirth classes so pregnant people/parents can make informed choices. As a perinatal professional and certified childbirth educator, my hope is to empower pregnant people, AND their partners, to become pregnancy and birth educated, to become inspired and believe in themselves and their ability to grow, birth nourish and nurture their babies.

I am a Vermont native, growing up in Jericho and spending most of my adult life in Williston. I now live in Danby with my wonderfully supportive husband, Matt, and youngest child, Azalea.
